A few words about Skopelos
Skopelos is located in the Aegean Sea and belongs to the Sporades island complex. It is an ideal destination wedding, just like Skiathos because it is accessible by plane with direct flights from many countries, while at the same time it is easily accessible by boat. It has stunning blue beaches, rugged natural landscapes and pure island atmosphere, that’s why it is an excellent choice for holidays as well.

A few words about the wedding in Skopelos
The wedding beach party took place at Linarakia Restaurant on the Panormos beach at the edge of the beach.
The couple (Maria & Dmitri) were originally from Greece and Russia, while they lived permanently in London. The guests were few since they came from many places of the world, but it didn’t stop us from doing an unforgettable party. The standards were very high for this particular wedding, since there was a specific theme and that was Mamma Mia. Everything wanted to be as in the film, the entrance, the decoration, the fun. Everything had to be perfect under the sounds of ABBA.
The ceremony took place in the small church of Ai Giannis in Kastri with dozens of steps. After that, the couple made an entrance with a boat to the Venue, and it was accompanied by fireworks and the song “I have a dream” by Abba. The next amazing thing was the couple’s choreography dance show and the unique party that came after this.

We got married in Skopelos and had a fairytale wedding inspired by Mamma mia exactly as we had imagined it. Then the party that followed took place literally on the wave and it was something else, we danced until morning with favorite songs and had a night that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Everything happened as we said in our appointments via skype and more.
